#### 故障描述 ping其它机器有丢包，网络丢包将近3% ### 191 packets transmitted, 185 received, 3% packet loss, time 198015ms rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 0.063/0.082/0.149/0.016 ms #### 检查点（以下所有检查点都有可能导致丢包）： 1. 检查网卡固件版本、网卡驱动程序 （是不是最新） 2. 检查网线（更换网线尝试） 3. 直连测试故障网卡端口 4. 检查同交换机下其他机器（排除交换机/交换机端口原因） 5. 检查是所有端口都丢包，还是某个端口丢包 #### 排查过程： 1. 网卡是原装的4端口网卡模块（Intel-I350-IN-CI-1000*2+Intel-X540-IN-CI-10000*2） 2. 操作系统：rhel-6.6-x86_64 3. 网卡固件已升级至最新：17.5.10 4. 丢包通过ping -f 测试，ping7200个包，网口丢60左右，管理卡丢110左右（管理IP共享到eth0网口上） 5. 更换过网线 测试故障依旧 6. 联系网络组查看交换机设备，发现交换机上配置有问题，修复后问题解决！
